Refund and Return Policy
We want you to feel confident with your purchase. If you’re not satisfied, we offer a 14-day return policy, giving you 14 days from the date of delivery to request a return.
Eligibility for Return
To be eligible for a return:
- Items must be in the same condition as received, unworn or unused, with tags, and in their original packaging.
- Returns must be requested via email at info@reoeyewear.com.
Once your return is approved, we’ll provide a return shipping label and detailed instructions.
Note: Items sent back without prior authorization will not be accepted.
Return Shipping Costs
- Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to an error on our part (e.g., incorrect or defective items).
Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon delivery and contact us immediately at info@reoeyewear.com if:
- The item is defective or damaged.
- You received the wrong item.
We’ll work quickly to resolve any issues.
Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items
The following items are not eligible for return:
- Sale items and gift cards (non-refundable).
- Custom or personalized products.
- Perishable goods, hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases.

Exchanges
If you wish to exchange an item, the quickest way is to:
- Return the original item as outlined above.
- Place a separate order for the desired replacement item.
European Union 14-Day Cooling-Off Period
For orders shipped to the EU, you are entitled to a 14-day cooling-off period, during which you can cancel or return your order without providing a reason.
- Items must still meet the return eligibility criteria (unworn, with tags, and in original packaging).
Refunds
Once we’ve received and inspected your return, we will notify you of the approval status:
- Approved refunds will be processed back to your original payment method within 10 business days.
- If it has been more than 15 business days since your refund approval, contact us at info@reoeyewear.com.
